Over the years, we’ve found a few simple tools and habits that have made a massive difference in our family’s health—and we’re sharing them here in case they help you too.
Let's start with the simple & mostly free:
Daily habits that change everything 🪴
Clean Water → Fill up water bottles in the morning, don't forget to add minerals! Use glass jars or stainless steel when you can!
Simple Food → Organic when we can, slowing down and enjoying, less processed foods. (What helped us was committing to cooking one new thing at home each week!)
Sun + Movement → Walks, trampoline, chasing chickens, getting in the sun first thing in the morning (this makes a huge difference for all of us!)
Sleep → Wind down with magnesium + screen breaks. Cotton or linen bedding, red light in the evenings.
